These Terms & Conditions govern tours booked through 3DayMarrakechToMerzouga.com, operated by MerzougaWay, a licensed Moroccan travel agency. By requesting a quote, booking, or joining a tour, you agree to the terms below.
Booking Process
Tours are arranged directly with our team via WhatsApp or email after you submit an availability request through the Site. There is no automated online payment on this Site; booking confirmation, payment method, and any deposit are agreed directly between you and MerzougaWay during this conversation.
Pricing
Pricing is per person and depends on group size: from €430 for 2 travelers, €320 for 3, and €250 per person for 4 or more, always in a private 4x4 or minivan. Prices include transport, driver/guide, 2 nights’ accommodation, breakfasts, dinners, and the camel trek, and exclude lunches, monument entrance fees, and driver/guide gratuities unless stated otherwise at booking. Prices are quoted in euros and are subject to change; the price confirmed in writing at the time of your booking is the price that applies to your tour.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation charge to cover vehicle, driver, and desert camp reservations already committed on your behalf. If we need to cancel or substantially alter a tour (for example, due to safety conditions such as extreme weather or road closures), we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of any amount paid.
Changes to Your Itinerary
As a private tour operator, we can generally accommodate changes to pickup times, dietary requirements, pace, or an alternative end point (e.g., ending in Fes instead of Marrakech) if you let us know when booking or with reasonable notice beforehand. Changes requested with very short notice may not always be possible.
What’s Included and Excluded
Included and excluded items for the 3-day tour are listed on our tour page and are part of these Terms. Optional paid add-ons (such as quad biking) and recommended-but-separate services (such as airport transfers via our partner KechGo) are priced and arranged separately and are not part of the base tour price unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
Traveler Responsibilities
You’re responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visas) required for your trip, for disclosing any medical conditions or dietary requirements relevant to a multi-day desert trip in advance, and for following your driver/guide’s safety instructions during the tour, particularly around vehicle use, camel treks, and dune activities.
Liability
MerzougaWay takes reasonable care to select safe vehicles, experienced drivers, and reputable desert camps. However, travel in mountain and desert environments carries inherent risks. To the extent permitted by Moroccan law, MerzougaWay is not liable for loss, injury, or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, road conditions, or third-party acts. We strongly recommend travelers hold their own travel insurance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute arising from a tour booking will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
